As far as quality - I'd say they're about the same.
As for features - LMT has M4 ramps and 1/7 twist bbl. BM does not have m4 ramps and usually has 1/9 twist bbl. 1/7 can be had by special order, but still NO ramps. I have BM and it works great, but my next one will be LMT. |

The m4 ramps are not neccesary, but are nice to have. Both are milspec, but LMT is the choice of the specops community. LMT if you can afford it.
