Simply write J&T and tell Jesse which barrel you want. He can quote a price for whatever you want.

I just finished my MEGA M-4 Project and I used J&T. I always get what I want from them. The price are about the best you will find and they will help you as much as they can. My DPMS A2 20" was also from J&T works perfect, it loves ammo and I love to feed her.

I like J&T stuff, I'm sure people already know that.
reason is simple. * Their parts fit extremely well. * Higher quality than a few of the other kit dealers(Not including ADCO which uses great RRA stuff) *Great support. *And they have lots of experience in parts and manufacturing of AR15 rifles and 1911 pistols. My 20" A3 is a J&T, and it was a very sweet build with superior finish and fit. I'll be buying two (maybe three if I can afford it) more within the next month or so.
I recommend them enthusiastically. |

J&T has a lightweight chrome lined 16" that looks pretty cool, I may get one.

The parts include everything EXCEPT the lower receiver. So yes, everything you would need to put in and on the lower is/are included.

Ack! I was all set to get an Adco, as I will not be firing an excessive amount of rounds through my rifle, but then somebody mentioned the magical word "reliability".
Is it true that chrome lined will yield a more reliable rifle? |

It is easier for the rifle to extract a casing with a chrome lined barrel and barrel life is increased.

Ok and I know I need to make decisions for myself, but I need more advice. =)
I'm unsure of whether to get HBAR or pencil-thin. The only reason I would get HBAR, is if the handguards are different for pencil, or if there is a difficulty in finding gas blocks/front sights for the pencil-thin. |

I want one of there EM-4 uppers and I want to know if they are 4150 or 4140 steel? |

Handguards are the same regardless of whether it is a HBAR, M4 or pencil barrel

Yeah, they dont' reply to my e-mails either.
At this point I've decided to go with a JT 16" car kit with flat-top, and m4 stock. I will buy a YHM folding buis, or else an A.R.M.S., I haven't quite decided if the extra clearance fo the arms is worth the money. I also like how it has 2 ranges, 0-250 and 500. The other decision is whether to get the HBAR, which will fit a wider variety of front sight options. |

I ordered a LPK from J&T Moday afternoon and got it today--three days, not bad. I've done a quick look at the parts and some test fitting in a lower and everything seems to be good stuff. Can give you a full report on Sept 14!

To you guys who have ordered from J&T....are they 223 or 5.56 barrels? 4140 or 4150 steel?
I want an EM-4 uppers from these dudes. I have ordered lower parts and deliver pretty fast. After numerous emial attempts and differnent months....they never answer my questions....I hope a forum member could he me.
