I think i am going to buy a 6.8mmm model 1 sales kit. I want a colapsable stock on it because a I am not verry big yet. if i were to buy the kit now and not put the colapsable stock on yet and put a A2 stock . then on sept 14 could I switch out the colapsable stock with the  A2 would that be legal?? Is there any one that i could contact so i could get it in writeing  that were legal and if i would get in trouble i could present hthe letter to prove that i thought it were legal ??...

yes it will be legal since AWBwill be no more and there is no other law that prohibits you to do so.

putting in writting won't do anything since all of us are regular joe's and have no authority...

You sure could but you'd have to hope and pray that another AWB wasn't created and starts including things like collapsable stocks and the like. If it does it could go retroactive and nothing in writing could protect you. Ignorance of the law will not protect you either. If you're small consider a shorty A2 stock.
