By the way, why don't you just go to the gun shop you frequent (if any) and ask how much it costs to get a stripped AR receiver transfered in.  That's all.  Most dealers charge a fee to receive a firearm that you purchased out of state.  Just tell them what you are doing and see.... doesn't hurt.
