Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What's the best 7.62x39 barrel for my build?

I was told that the Model 1 sales have Ansi spec chambers and are too tight for surplus ammo. I am about to order either an Oly Arm SS barrel or a DPMS chromoly barrel....can anyone tell me if one would be better then the others for Wolf, etc....

All I can comment on are the Colt barrels. I shot everything imaginable out of the one I had some years back. No experience w/the more recent aftermarket brands tho.
