Brownelles is OK for specialized tooling related to guns. However, they are pricey.

and MSC http://www.mscdirect.com/
are two of my favorites.

is also good if you are in a hurry. They aren't cheap but they have good stuff and ship VERY fast. If I order NOW at 2252 hours, it will be here Monday!!!
HGR Surplus http://www.hgrindustrialsurplus.com/
is an interesting place too! Lots of tools, machines and other neat stuff. All prices are negotiable.
I buy a lot of tooling at the local flea market. $2 for a $30 mill suits me just fine. Some need touched up a little but that is not difficult. I have a diamond and green wheel on a tool grinder for the purpose. One end may be broken but the other never used. Many times the cheap used stuff I buy is in perfect condition for my purposes. I have bought all sorts of neat stuff - digital mics and calipers for $.25 on the dollar - or less. Pin gages, thread gages, mics, dial indicators, squares, carbide cutters, carbide drills - the list is endless. I am a tool whore for sure.
