The lower assembly guide on the sight did not help very much. Anyone have a link with pictures? So what is the retainer pin supposed to be doing with the stock? Does it just contact, fully compressed, or should it be sticking out, with nipple contacting stock? Does the lug (name?? metal thing that fits inside recoil dampening spring{name}), sit in the rear, in the stock or infront? Any more detailed instructions would really help.

thanks,
Matt

Are you referring to the spring detent that retains the buffer?  Or, are you referring to the detent that changes the length of the telescoping stock?
