Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Info needed about bushy disipator .

I was thinking of putting a free float hand guard on my dissipator. But I don't know if the gas block will clear it or not. Any one try this before?  And another Q. Will the other gas blocks you can mount a fold down sight on replace the front sight all ready on the barrel or does it just cover up the drill marks from the taper pins?  Thanks    Gator.

Per BM the Hogue freefloat tube will work with the dissy.  I am not aware of any others.
Any gas block of correct diameter should work to replace frt site tower.
