How do I remove the pressed on M4gery flash hider from my Rockriver Entry Tactical? I need to install a railed forearms and need to remove the front sight and flash hider to do it. I'm a machinist and can easily make a puller if that's all it takes. Also, I'm new to this board and the AR world. I have a couple 50 BMG's and spent time on the Biggerhammer Board. Hope to spend time here soaking up the info. Dave C.

The RRA false brake is easily removed by tapping forward with a hammer using non marring block.

Last night I made a puller and removed the flash hider. Rockriver nurls a spline on the barrel to hold the pressed flash hider in place. Just in case someone cared. Dave C.

Put the barrel in the freezer for an hour, remove it and warm up the fake flash suppressor with a propane torch (just warm, don't get it hot enough to damage the finish). Use a block of wood and a mallet and it should come off.
