My wife who at some point in her life was left handed. Something about her Mom trained her  to be a righty. Anyhow... the only thing she does right handed is write, and eat. She bats bowls, bats baseball & golfs lefty, she shoots holding the weapon lefty. She has difficulty with many releases and such on my AR. Is there a lefty AR? Or eveny better... are there ambidextrous components? The biggest issue now is she cant seem to master the charging handle and bolt release well.

The charging handle IS ambidextrous.  Have you installed an ambi safety?

My charging handle isnt ambi? The Badger loop is on the left and it would cycle easier for a lefty mounty on the right

I'm a lefty and I have no problems.  I did put an amby safty on one AR.  I just eject the mag using my right hand.

I use a Badger Tac-latch on my charging handle.  It works pretty good.  It has more surface area to grab when reaching over with the right hand.
For the bolt release, I usually just "tap" the right side of the rifle with the palm of my right hand.

DPMS manufactures a rifle called the southpaw that places the ejection port on the right side of the rifle. But I'm not sure about the safety, bolt catch, etc.
