Ad says it isn'tr a registered SEAR gun.  So, it must be a registered reciever gun.  The new condition doesn't mean it was just converted.  Coulda been done a long time ago and sat in a safe somewhere.

The mention of  BATF taxes leads me to believe this is a legit sale.
