As far as "Build them yourself" books go is the Author Duncan Long the man I should go with?  Went to Amizon.com and Mr. Long's name came up many times?  The reviews looked good.  I just wanted to double check with the true AR experts.

The only reference needed is the [url=ar15.com/content/docs/assembly/lower/]lower assembly[/url] instructions, and a copy of the Marine Corp. Technical Manual, about $6-$8.
