I screwed up the threads on my Ar-15, what are the diamentions so I can buy the correct size die.

At the risk of giving you the wrong size check on the Brownells site they sell the correct die.

Most 99% all 223 are 1/2-28.  Colt 9mm and 7.62x39 is 1/2-36.
