Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Armalite 2 stage trigger in a Bushmaster disconnector problem

I'm attempting to install an Armalite 2 stage trigger in a Bushmaster VMatch.

The problem is that the disconnector won't move far enough to allow the trigger to release.   The bottom of the disconnector touches the trigger "tail" before the 2cd stage can release....

This could probably be fixed by removing some metal from the bottom on the disconnector, but before I do that, has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any advice?

I have installed them on Oly and Amralite lowers without a problem...

Could be a Bushy problem or an Armalite problem.  Start with Armalite and see what they can do for you.
