Can you replace the rubber pad on the early m16 non-trapdoor stock?  Cant really tell if it comes off, and if I cant get replacemnts dont wont to destroy it.

I've seen them at shows, and I'm pretty sure Del-Ton, Northridge, and/or Sherluk have them separately...

I have one assembled here; looks like it's just glued on...

I can to the conclusion, through experience, that it isn't wise to remove the rubber buttpad.  I did manage to remove it, with a bandsaw.  

If you need a stock with a good buttpad, I beleive that I may have an extra (have to look, might take a few days).  Just drop me an email.
