I just started my first project and things are going GREAT !!!  I Just drilled and installed the fire control group and the hammer is very heavy.  Is there a way to lighten that up ?  Thanks.

Bend the legs on the hammer spring up about 30 degrees, it will reduce the force needed to pull the trigger. If you try polishing the sear engagement surfaces be careful, I tried it once and ended up with a gun that fired between 2 and 6 rounds with each pull of the trigger. Had to invest in a new hammer and trigger.
