What are my options for a offset light mount for this light?  I know it doesn't fit regular scout mount

Any that fit a Millenium weapon series. As of right now, basically only the Danger Close Scout Mount and Offset Adapter.

There have been rumors of the Haley Strategic mounts being available at some point for the millennium/620 mounting pattern but those aren't out yet.
