You can use a KX2C head with an RCR123 (rechargeable) battery. This does at least 100 lumens.

Love my old E1e
I added a surefire LED head 2 stage Has plenty of light to ID BG I also have a E2 defender led Still havent bought the newer head for it. To use on my M4 |

Truth be told, the single cell weaponlight is more of a novelty than anything else. I already have an E2L w/ a KL4 LED head mounted on my M4 and I'm not one of those people that obsesses over fractions of an ounce.
That said, I definitely see myself adding one of these solutions to my inventory. |
