Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - surefire battery extension?

Its not for a ar15 but I figured this is still the best place to ask.

On gunbroker about a month ago there was a extension for the surefire 628 forearm light. It let you add a third battery by making the tube longer. I looked on surefires website but didn't see anything like it.

Does anyone know where I can get one or if they even make a product like this? Im not even sure if it was a aftermarket part or what.

The A12 extends the body between the housing and the Lamp Module to allow for an additional SF123A battery.
This does mean that you need different lamp assemblies.

Two-SF123A models: P60 or P61.

Three-SF123A models: P90 or P91.

We should have the A12 adapters in stock if you need one?  We also have the lamps for the conversion but need to know if you're moving up from a 3v to 6v or 6v to 9v.
