I just purchased a scope from the lakeland FL gun show. I was wondering if it's a good one or if I purchased a expensive paper weight.

It's a Leapers golden image 4x32 reticle intensified mil-dot scope.

Model# scp-432medl3

My questions is as follows.
what's the distance of this scope?
What does reticle intensified means?
Is this a quality scope?
