Also the P61 at 120 lumens is NOWHERE near the MN10 125 lumen 9V lamp performance as far as throw. Dont think you can use the 6V HOLA to get 9V LOLA performance at the cost of run time.

Agreed, as the 9v MN10/11 bulbs use a built in reflector where the P6x and P9x use the smaller reflector built onto the bulb. Bigger reflectors get more throw.
For a weapon mounted light though, the P61 seems to be a tougher more robust lamp than the P60's. It also has a nice very round big hotspot. With only 20 minutes of runtime though.
You could also ad an A19 or A12(?) cell extender to the 660 and have 9v system that uses P90 and P91 bulbs, which still don't have the same throw as the MN10/MN11 bulbs (reflector again).
