How do I remove the grip spacers on the light?  I have smaller hands and need to remove one (1) grip spacer so that I use the light via the Rogers/Surefire technique.

I just kinda rolled it over. I pushed the rest out of the way and then just rolled it over up onto the body.
I had to remove a spacer when I used the Z48 Clickie TailCap which is longer than the standard TailCap.

If you don't intend to keep the spacer the easiest way is to cut the spacer off with an exacto knife.  I used a dental pick to remove some of mine though.  If you push the pick underneath the spacer you can use it to pry the edges of the spacer over the lip and then simply slide it off the light.
