  OAL is approx. 10". The rifle it's pictured on has a mid-length 16" barrel with YHM Specter (9.675" ) forearm. |

The LU20 consists of the Lamp Module Housing [body extension], shock isolated TurboHead and MN60/MN61 Lamp Assemblies.

That makes absolutely NO sense, as I would think that most would already have a Turbohead from another light (i.e: M3T, M4, or M6). |

What is that, a fishing pole? Damn that thing is long. I thought my 971 was long. I think Surefire could design a 12V system with a 2x2 battery compartment instead of 4x1. It could have the overall length of a 6V system, but it would be taller (if mounted on a side rail.) I think the M6 light is setup in a similar fashion.

 Surefire doesnt list this light in its catalog, price sheet or www site anymore that I have seen. However, upon calling, I was told it is in stock? |

And the M500B has even more reach with up to 500 lumens. I believe the M98x is the most powerful SF offering for rail systems. No, I don't need it. Just curious if anyone is using these. |

I agree, wanna buy me one!   I was fortunate enough to get that light for next to nothing and I still think a gtood light is waaaay better than a crappy NVD. So the cost/value ratio fell heavily on the side of the Surefire in this specific instance.
