Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ALS Laser

I picked up an "ALS Laser" for my AR15 years ago.  It mounts to the front edge of the forward sight, and the laser sits just above the barrel.

I've never really used it, I just got it back when because of the impending AWB.  

Anyone have any comments on this? POS? Good Deal? Somewhere inbetween??

I looked thru the forum, and didn't see ANYTHING related to this.
