CompM2/ML2.  Simply put, the best red-dot sight on the market.  Get a good mount to accompany it.... ARMS2268 with cantilever spacer, or the Larue.  I didnt see any need for NV model, I went with ML2.

I love my M2. My brother got one too, and my buddy is switching from EOTech to ML2.

the M2 so if you ever have NVD you have the scope for it. i  just think its one of those  its better to have it and not need it, then to not have it and need it. jsut my 2 pennies

+1 for the not too much extra coin, go with the M2, never know when you'll get the bug for NV!

On the lowest setting the ML2 will work with night vision just fine.

I just got my ML2 in the mail today!  That thing rocks!  I kicked myself in the ass for waiting so long to get it.

I saw no reason to get the M2.  Realisticly....Are you going to spend $2000 for a piece of night vision equipment?  Even if you do, to spend another $350 on a M2 is a drop in the bucket compared to a PVS 14.

For my third AR build (M4gery), I stuck with my favorite red-dot... the Aimpoint Comp ML2... mounted on an ARMS 22M68 with extension. http://oleson-info.com/ipw-web/gallery/albums/ar15/m4_yhm2.sized.jpg
