Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - tape switch question

I need to attach my pressure switch to my Knights grip and have seen a lot of different ways from velcro to electrical tape. I like the bicycle tube idea and am wondering if there is a specific size tire tube I need?

I dont know the size but if you get it too tight, it will activate the light, too loose and it wont hold propperly. All I can tell you is I lucked out and chose the right size! It is a thinner tube, like on a 10 speed or whatever... Its the best method I have found next to the grips that have cut outs already like the TangoDown or Deiter.

A friend of mine used a 10 speed bike 1" diameter inner tube to hold his tape switch onto a KAC grip. Hope this helps.
