Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bayo lug mount for M3

I found this mount, http://store5.yimg.com/I/botach_1711_20428166
and it slides over the lug but only tightens with a set screw.  I was in a class with a guy a while back and he had a similar on but it also used a screw through the sling mount.  Anyone know the one I am thinking of?
