Just conveying an idea that I use I got tired of my lens getting dust on it, I am unsure if someone makes a lens cap for these lights,but I used a film cannister cut it about 3/4 of the way up added  a hole put an old hair tye I was once able to use and ran it thru the sling holes(since I drilled out the sling) in a slip knot fashion and it comes off with just a hint of pressure and doesn't get lost - hey I know how much money I have spent on the whole she-bang and to get a useful item out of something pretty common around the house is great .I hope someone else can make use of this idea .
