Not sure about the company.
The attached picture shows your eyes response to different wavelengths (colors) of light. It shows that your eye is most sensitve to 550nm light. As you can see from the graph if you have two laser sources one at 633nm and one at 532nm and they are both rated at 5mW. The 532nm one will "look" ~ twice as bright.
