From LaserMax's site:

What kind of battery does the LaserMax® need?
• All LaserMax laser sights use four watch-type silver oxide button batteries.
• Replacements can be purchased in shrink-wrapped packages from your gun shop or direct from LaserMax.
• Do not remove the shrink-wrap!

How often do I need to replace the batteries?
Results will vary based on individual use. The batteries typically last for 2.5 hours of continuous use, but most customers replace them about once a year.

They obviously did not list the model of the battery....not sure why.
