I remember seeing a 2 point sling that had sewn on paracord loops. This was not an IDF sling, but was made by a trainer or possibly a competitive shooter. Sorry for the lack of detail, but if i had any more info I could have probably found it with google. The only other thing I remember was he made the point that it was easy to use the loop to attach the sling to troy alpha rail type setups.

I don't think this is the one you are looking for, but it is similar...try Strike Industries S3 sling.

I bought one a few months ago and it seems to be holding up well.  It is soft and comfortable for a light rifle.  I think it is similar to what you are looking for and you can't beat the price.

Frank Proctor's sling sounds like what your looking for. I have both his original design and the newer one. Google his name or proctor sling or Way of the Gunfighter. Awesome KISS sling. Where in Texas are you?
