Where can I get a buttpad for an M4 style stock that has a better gripping surface than the ones with that goofy "flaming piss pot" on them.  Just simple striations would do.

They have a few with different texture styles, when you're in their website click on "Stocks AR15/ M16" tab link and go to page 5.
