Can I get the delta ring off of my bushmaster ar without destroying the ring? I want to put on a free float rail. I have a izzy perm attached.

You would have to remove the barrel to get the delta off without destroying it.  This requires a vise block, a barrel nut wrench and a hammer and punch to remove the gas tube roll pin in the front sight base.  It's a twenty minute job for those properly equipped.  Most just Dremel it off for various reasons.
