I have one with the HK hooks..I run it on a MI end plate adapter. i like it for room clearing drills, but wouldn't want to have to hump with it.

I have one I run with the dieter plate and hk hook. It's great for short duration work. If I was in the bush I'd throw a 2 or 3 point on. Currently waiting for my replacement hook from BFG which should make it even better.

have the udc with hk hooks, now with new updated hooks.
have magpul stocks so i use the optional hk loop on std stocks i use the yhm end plate adapter |
