I can't get the damn thing on my YHM rail?  Won't go on my buddy's Daniel Defense either.  I'm trying everything; so far just peeling plastic.  What am I doing wrong?  Yes, I'm pulling those bars down, etc.

are you sliding it on from the top of the rail?   if you are and can't get it on you might have an out of spec grip/rail
