Anybody using one? Like it not like it and why?

Whats the best? Ok so that was like asking the Glock vs 1911 question, but I'm buying and wantsome advice since I don't currently use one.

How much are they charging for one as I see them in the PX for $24.95 and they are labled for M-16 and others for M-4.
