I was looking at getting a couple pieces of rail to attach a vertical foregrip and a really short piece for a flashlight on the side.  I dont really need a quadrail to mount two things, which is why i was looking at these.  Are these things sturdy though?  This isnt a range gun, its a bashing through the hills, beating the hell out of it gun.  Anyone who have them use them hard, and do they hold up?  Thanks
