I am looking for a GOOD sling for when I go to the range and practice at the benchrest. What would you recommned in the way of a sling? Who makes the best sling? Would it be nylon or leather and why? Is there a reason why not to get one over the other? I understand a sling allows for better handling of the weapon while shooting at a benchrest station. But what are the factors that make one sling better than another?

Thanks in advance!!!

For bench rest shooting, a sling just gets in the way.  The only one that doesn't get tangled in your rest, sandbag, etc. is a single point.

I agree with bsbg, they only get in the way when shooting from benchrest.
