I've looked at all the sites (I think) and haven't seen the answer.  Do any of the patrol slings have the capability to use the left arm lock in like the old GI leather or the sling that came with my Sporter?

The sling I got seems to be way too short for carrying but great for locking up the left arm for steadying in.  All the patrol slings seem to be able to do everything but that easily.

Patrol slings are meant to carry the rifle hands free.  Many of them can also be used to carry the rifle in an American or African carry as well.

Now I know I can also use my Patrol sling as a 'hasty sling' (I've done it); but I don't see the need for it.
