Yep, it’s a “set and forget it” only take off for maintenance type of mount (in the sense that you’re going to need tools to remove it).
Supposedly has very good RTZ, though. |

Guess I may as well ditch the BUIS then. I normally just use Larue mounts if I want BUIS on the rifle. For taking my G mounts on/off I have a 65 in/lb torque limiter I use to make sure I get it tightened the same every time.

I have the Geissele Super Precision on the Vortex HD 1-6 and the Larue LT-104 on the Vortex HD-E 1-6.
I like the LT-104 better. It is less bulky and can be removed. |
