Hi all - I built me a SPRish rifle (not a clone, but suites me fine).  Last piece I need is the glass.

Been looking at the SWFA SS 3-9 and 3-15 -- are these decent options?  Any others in the price range ($700 and below) I should be considering that are head and shoulders better?  Appreciate any advice and why the other options may be better.  I am completely new to buying optics outside of BUIS, Eotech and Aimpoints.
