Bount it from Brownells:
http://www.brownells.com/optics-mounting/rings-mounts-bases/rifle-bases/ad-t1-l-aimpoint-micro-mount-aimpoint-t1-l-micro-mount-sku100-004-024-27291-52745.aspx
because I want a QD mount low enough for my TWS dogleg receiver cover.

Now this is what happened ...

I used a torque wrench bought from Borka, model number ATD-10x80-CRS
and I set it to about 22 lb·in!

Now I need to get an extractor kit ... hope my scope would survive this.

Never, never expected that this would happen to the ADM!

In scope rings there is this general answer

Ring screws, Aluminum; 10-15 inch-lbs.
Ring Screws; Steel; ..... 15-20 inch-lbs.

I did a similar mount and I believe the recommendation was 12 inch pounds.

22 inch pounds seem a bit high for screws that size.

Was there a recommendation with the instructions for that mount?

ETA:

22 inches pound force = 1.83333333 foot pounds

No their manual only specifies the torque for scope rings, but said nothing for the base screws.

Update:

Send it to the local gunsmith ... he said he cannot extract the screws. Then I contacted ADM by email and they replied very soon:

Good Morning,
Please ship us the optic and we will extract the screws for you.
The screws Do Not need to be torqued. They just need to have vibra tite
applied to the screws and snugged down.
The 20-25in/lb for the torque only applies to the Ring Screws on our optic
mounts with rings.
Please enclose a note with the optic/mount stating that the issue that you
had along with a complete return address.
Thank you and have a great day.
