None of the XPS are lower 1/3rd

You want the EXPS2 (Non-NV) or EXPS3 (NV)

What he said, then decide if you want standard Eotech reticle 2-0 or the one with ranging dots. I believe it's the 2-2. If I
Not mistaken they even have an aimpoint-esque single dot and no 65 moa circle.
