Do you want to mount it to the carry handle? If so, you'll need a see through Weaver/Picatinny carry handle mount. You can find them at Cheaper Than Dirt and elsewhere for around $10 or $15 bucks.
You could remove the carry handle and mount the red dot directly to the rail on the upper, but it appears it would not be high enough to clear the front sight base. |

Add a riser and you'll never see the front sight. |
