EoTech Question - AR15.COM

I have a BCM flat top upper with a standard A2 front sight. How would an EoTech 512 mounted straight onto the upper co-witness (or not) with the front sight ??

I personally use a LaRue Tactical mount with my 512, gives me 1/3 co-witness which I like better than the absolute.

As for getting rid of the co-witness all together, you would need to get a pretty tall after market mount. I don't know of any off the top of my head.

Could get a rail riser but you would probably be better off replacing the front sight gas block with something folding like a yankee hill.

Lose the A2 front sight if you want a clear line of sight.
