I am using a Troy HK style fixed front sight and want a HK style rear. Can you buy an HK and if not what is the best alternative?

I was looking for the same thing, but ended up with the LaRue Tactical B.U.I.S. QD LT-103 since all I wanted was some thing simple and rugged behind my aimpoint on my rifle with out fiddling with aperatures, flippy things etc...  Also, I am not sure if the centurion would line up correctly with my front site tower.
