Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Will a Aimpoint 3X clone fit over MBUS rear sight?

I have a Aimpoint 3X clone on the way that I am using on my S&W 15-22 and was wondering if it will fit over my MBUS rear sight.  The mount is a twist-off variety.

No. Not with the twist off mount. And actually the mount for the clone I have doesn't even align the magnifier with my M2. I keep meaning to buy LaRue mounts for each, just haven't yet.
