Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope for a bench-use AR

I have all the parts picked out for my "precision" AR build, other than the optic.  I was thinking ACOG, but this gun won't be used hard, so there's no need to spend the money for the ACOG durability.

Shooting will be 100-300 yards, mainly on 6" square steel plates.  Whatever I get will be going in a LaRue mount.  Cost under $1,000 would be ideal.

Mil-dot reticle not required, as all targets will be KD.
