Has anyone had the red dot issue that the eotechs are famous for.... its 4 red dots that veer of from center to right lower??? The scope is brand new and right off the ship from China...... Seems to be a well built low cost scope... I have it mounted on a  carbine upper with a a1 front sight and a matech rear buis...

Do you have an Astigmatism by chance? Take a picture of the dot in the sight or have someone else look at the sight. If the picture of the dot is ok, you probably have an Astigmatism. It seems that most people that have this problem with the red dot scopes have one.
If it is the sight I know that Sam at Vortex will take care of it for you.
