Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Holosight mounting question

I want to mount a holosight on my older bushmaster fixed handle carbine. I do not want to mount it high on the handle. I see z type handle mounts but it seems to me the rear sight would interfere with my sighting if the scope is mounted in this way. Any help or suggestins would be appreciated. Thanks,
